Not all venues will be able to accommodate your numbers so it is important to give your planner some guidance on your expected numbers.Your planner can then discount unsuitable venues on your behalf and make you aware of minimum guest numbers which some venues may have.As your wedding is abroad there may be some changes to your numbers closer to the big day so it is important to ensure some level of flexibility with your venue for such occasions.
3. Its A Date
It is important that you decide when you wish to get married, your planner will predetermine availability for suitable venues before you view them.This is the best way to avoid disappointment.It is important to remember to be somewhat flexible with your wedding date if you want to secure a venue you really have fallen in love with.

4. Location, Location, Location
When deciding on your location it is important that you choose a location that you would love to visit as a guest. Things to consider; how easy the venue is to get to, is there additional accommodation close by for your guests, what transportation requirements will your guests have, what activities or local tourist attractions can your guests visit while on their trip, are there good restaurants around to suit all your guests in the days running up to the wedding, are there hairdressers located nearby for your guests etc. We have carried out extensive research on all of our venues when hand selecting them.
